Ranking of Risk Management Factors Influencing SMEs Organizational Performance

UAE Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) play a central role in socio-economic transformation, poverty reduction, job creation, wealth creation. However, most SMEs faced unsustainable growth due to lack of managing risk. Hence, this paper presents study on the ranking risk management practices that influence SMEs' organizational performance UAE. The has identified 11 factors, these factors were classified into four groups: process; operational management; assessment, control. These used questionnaire development survey measure respondents’ perceptions factors. data collected from analysed rank using mean standard deviation values scored by individual factor.
